the place was very cozy and welcoming, especially the staffs there. our room had a bathtub which was well maintained and we could comfortably enjoy ourselves in the bathtub. during our first day there, we were a little confused and didnt reslly know where to go. the staffs there were kind enough to reccommend us some places to eat and shop at. they also serve breakfast which was really warming and nice as the weather was really cold there. after we checked out, we decided to walk around the area since we had some time left before our depature. my friend suddenly fell sick and needed some rest. the homestay was kind enough to let us stay for another 4 hours so that my friend can rest. furthermore, they even offered us lunch for free which would probably not happen in other hotels/homestays.

Conveniently located near Xihu yet a sufficient distance away to be tranquil and quiet, with lots of privacy. The public areas are very tastefully designed and rooms are clean and spacious, the owners and staff are all very friendly and helpful. Chatted with the owner who shared he was inspired by his many personal trips to set up a homestay that would create great memories for the guests. Special mention to the two ladies who prepare the delicious breakfast every day!

Very nice place in a quiet location. Nature and birds will enjoy you each morning at wake up. The hotel is in a small narrow street close to other houses but it is a really charming place. In the house you will enjoy a nice guest room where everybody share breakfast and you can stay for working or else. Team is really nice, but only Chinese speaker. So prepare yourself if nobody speak Chinese in your team :) Although it gives a really "lost in translation" feeling

I am fascinated by the hotel! I am extremely satisfied with the attitude of the staff! Everyone at the reception speaks English and is very helpful! I would go back there in a heartbeat! I would recommend the hotel to friends!

Amazing views and the food is top notch. The staff is very helpful, earnest, and always there when you need them. The rooms are clean, comfortable, spacious and beautifully decorated. Highly recommended.
